Domaine de la Mondette: La Mondette is a small family estate located in the Côtes-de-Castillon appellation. The vines are cultivated in organic farming since 2018. The vineyard consists of 2 hectares in the commune of Les Salles-de-Castillon, on the banks of the Dordogne. The estate is located a few kilometres from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion. The vines were planted more than 10 years ago and are divided into Merlot (1.2ha) and Cabernet Sauvignon (0.8ha).
