Our wines come from a 6-hectare estate of old vines in organic farming, surrounded by 9 hectares of meadows and forests, offering a refuge for the local fauna and flora. Our Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested by hand and carefully vinified on the property, under the watchful eye of Aglaé and Sidonie, our two donkeys and a flock of swallows

This gourmet wine combines a nose of ripe red fruits with a liquorice tone. The palate offers clean fruity aromas and freshness with good acidity. The presence of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon combined with 70% Merlot gives a good structure to this wine and will allow for optimal aging. Low sulphite content and controlled alcohol level at 12.7°C.

Chateau La Mondette
This wine is made from old vines of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Merlot (60%). Our grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care, then aged for 12 months in barrels in our cellar. This elegant and complex wine (woody and fruity) has light and well-integrated tannins with good acidity guaranteeing good ageing with a controlled alcohol level of 12.7°C.

Rosé La Mondette
This rosé wine is made from a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with a small percentage of Merlot harvested by hand. It was produced in very small quantities (less than 1000 bottles). Very light, acidulous and with a controlled alcohol content, this wine is perfect for festive aperitifs, tapas, planchas and summer meals.
